Your duties will include:
- Providing high quality and professional Mortgage & Protection advice
- Outstanding customer outcomes are always our priority
- Maintaining and keeping up to date with the relevant professional development and knowledge required for the role
- Working your own client bank (no leads provided) however support given to help you prospect for new leads/referrals.
Skills:
- CeMAP or relevant Mortgage Qualification
- A positive attitude and excellent team communication
- Client-orientated with high customer service skills and communication
- The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
- Minimum CAS status and experience of delivering mortgage & protection advice
- The ability to work from home/own office
- Exceptional organisation skills
